Background
Rigaku Oxford Diffraction's popular home lab SAXS system is a two dimensional Kratky camera called the BioSAXS-2000. Fast data collection makes it possible to use automated tools for sample loading, data collection, and data analysis.
The BioSAXS-2000 AUTO package accomplishes each of those tasks with the Automatic Sample Changer (ASC) for unattended sample loading and data collection for up to 96 samples in 0.2 ml 96-well plates, and the Automated Analysis Pipeline (AAP) for automatic data processing and analysis using the industry standard ATSAS 2.7.2 package. Both the ASC and AAP are seamlessly integrated into the SAXSLab software.
Here, we announce the availability of SAXSLab 3.2 and demonstrate its new features that enhance the ASC and the AAP. New features for the ASC include: a data collection wizard, configurable custom washes, two syringe speeds, discard samples option and support for turbo pumps to increase sample throughput.
